This internship is for summer 2021 and is designed for a commitment of 40 hours per week for the duration of the 12-week program.

Perform data analytics work to identify user/endpoint event anomalies that may indicate system/account compromise or gaps in controls
Assist with documenting Cybersecurity threat intelligence, detection and response processes and facilitating reviews to highlight efficiency improvement opportunities
Facilitate testing of controls to validate coverage and function
Participate in a variety of day to day Cybersecurity related work
Take part in DevSecOps or security engineering project tasks
Job-Specific Experience, Education & Skills
Internship positions are open to current undergraduate students in their junior year who are enrolled in a full-time course of study graduating between December ’21 and June ‘22
Desire to grow critical thinking, data analytics and communication skills
Love of data and looking at ‘big picture’ AND ‘small picture’ problems
Strong drive to understand why something occurs and if it’s relevant
Desire to learn real world cybersecurity roles and responsibilities
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum age of 18.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Enrolled in a Cybersecurity related degree or program
Prior engagement with Cybersecurity community (e.g. volunteering, conferences, etc.)
